This Final Master Plan was released for public review by GVRD on September 13, 2007.  This document was prepared, at the direction of GVRD, by Landpeople – Landscape Architects and Planners of Benicia.  The purpose of this effort is to provide GVRD with a new master plan for this beautiful and very important site located on the waterfront along the Carquinez Strait.
