Event Details

American Red Cross’ Learn-to-Swim program has provided life-long swimming skills to hundreds of participants every year. Swim lessons take place at Cunningham Pool during the Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasons.

Students must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all class sessions because the instructor will be instructing the adult on how to teach their child the skills listed below based on the class size and participant abilities.

Approximate Age: 6 months-3 years. Students with their parent’s support will begin to explore front and back floating, gliding, and kicking, entering and exiting the pool, as well as exploring using arm/legs at alternating/simultaneous times.
