Olivia grew up in Solano County, her dad was in the Air Force and stationed at Travis Air Force Base. She has been in Finance and the Public Sector for over 19 years. She has a master’s degree in business administration and currently works at Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District as their Finance Manager/Treasurer.

Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and crabbing from the beach, supporting community events, and continuously learning about leadership and organizational culture.

Growing up, she saw how impactful recreational programs are for youth. She is excited to be part of the GVRD Board and committed to ensuring that parks, facilities, and programs remain accessible, fiscally sustainable, and responsive to the needs of the community.
