Water Exercise for Adults
Water Fitness Class
This low-impact class takes place entirely in the water, offering a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints. Using the natural resistance of water, participants can improve muscle tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness without added stress. Provided equipment adds variety and enhances each session. No swimming skills required—just a willingness to move and have fun!
