Zumba Gold is perfect for active adults or beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. Instructor will lead you in easy-to-follow Latin-inspired and world rhythms choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Great for your cardiovascular, muscular condition, and flexibility. Have fun and sweat. Bring bottled water. Each NEW student will receive a mini Zumba toe and with monthly registration.
