Claudio's Martial Arts Beg & Int Juniors/Teens/Adults
Ages 10+ Students in this class have shown focus, discipline, and the interest in becoming a martial artist. Students in this class are of various skill levels, ages, & physical abilities, but all undersand the focus and effort needed to participate in such a program. This program focuses on self-discipline, intense physical training, effective self-defense techniques, competition sparring & forms. Students will begin to learn a balance between mind, body, and spirit through a solid martial arts foundation. Students will need to meet mental & physical standards for promotion.
