Let’s Roll Jiu Jitsu & Wrestling Club – Little Rollers
Ages 3-6 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground based martial art that does not involve any striking. It is considered to be one of the most practical and defensive forms of martial arts today especially since most altercations and attacks end up on the ground. In this class, young boys and girls will learn the basics of Jiu Jitsu, all while having fun! Instructor: Jason Jones, Assistant: Jessica McIntosh-Jones
